WHAT IS IT?
A plastic speaker cabinet with a 10" driver, a 1" compression horn, an internal crossover and two Speakon connectors.
WHAT YOU CAN USE THIS FOR ...
MONITOR - there are clip-on feet supplied that position the speaker perfectly to use as a monitor for singers or guitarists.
REALSLIMDAVEY SAYS ...
Great sound for the price. As a monitor this works very well and is great for the money. For most bands these 10" Monitors are just fine - if you all play pretty loud, then get the 12" version.
We also have a 10" ACTIVE (built-in Amp) version and a 12" 200 Watt Passive model.
CONSTRUCTION
The basic design of these speakers is a TRAPEZOIDAL shape made of lightweight, yet tough, molded ABS plastic. The main driver (woofer) and the Compression horn (tweeter) mounted on the front. The main driver is protected by a rigid steel grill. There is a handle on one side and the connections are on the back. There is a 'Top Hat' fitting on the bottom of the speaker to mount it on Speaker Poles or Stands. There is a locking facility on the Top Hat for added security. Two brackets are included that clip into the side of the speaker. This enables you to place the speaker on the floor at the perfect angle to use as a monitor.
